Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver our products worldwide. You just need to login to your account after registration at www.royalenfieldking.com . We dispatch the product within 72 hours once we receive the payment. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by the courier company.
- If you are placing bulk order or multiple purchases, it would take about 4-5 working days from the date of placement of order. This is due to the fact that the parcel of above 2 kgs are shipped through our logistic partner Bombino, Fedex, DHL and others. Small parcels ordered are shipped by Indian Postal Service and will reach your doorstep within 15 to 20 working days. We encourage our customer to do multiple purchases so that we can parcel through expedited courier. You can track your order and if for reason there are any delays, you will be informed by email. Please note PO Box/APO Box addresses are not accepted in some countries, so please provide the ground address.
- Incase of bulk orders/ restored motorcycle and scooters shipping is done by sea for regular resellers and importers overseas.
- Royal Enfield King will not be held responsible for unaccountable delays held during custom clearance.
Returns and Replacements
- Every product we offer undergoes stringent quality checks during manufacturing to ensure that it is defect free and reliable. We strongly recommend you to contact the support center in case of manufacturing detect if any by logging into your account. We abide the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and have 100% Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied by your purchase within 14 days. If you have any query or is not satisfied with the product at Royal Enfield King contact us via telephone or email.
- Customer has to bear all expenses for returning. Please ensure that you send the product back through a reliable insured courier/shipping mode. Please note that shipping costs as well as customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments.
- The Return Authorization Number RMA is issued to the buyer and the same must be mentioned on the package. The Return Authorization Number RMA can be collected by contacting us at Support Center or by email. The Refund would be issued in 10-15 days. All Returns are subject to deduction of 20% Restocking charges. Your 60%-80% money will be refunded after deducting the taxes like the VAT, Shipping Charges & PayPal etc if applicable.
- We abide to the laws of constitution and therefore have strictly limited for the purchase of products through this website for the individuals above the age of 18. While ordering, you will be requested to register and provide personal details like email id, phone number, name and other requested information as indicated.
- While placing the order at Royal Enfield King , at least three email notifications are sent to you regarding your order. The first email you receive will be an auto generated email acknowledging the receipt of your order (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 2 hours. If you notice any errors or omissions in it, please inform us on at Support Center or send us a mail. The second will be sent to you within 3 working days advising you on your order status. A third email confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive shortly after your package has been shipped.
- All orders on this website are subject to written acceptance and availability. If in any circumstances, we are unable to deliver your order we will give you a refund with reason. All orders will be confirmed by Royal Enfield King , in writing, by e-mail. An acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between the customer and Royal Enfield King will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in New Delhi, India and the language of the contract is English.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out below. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any products from the Site whether or not that products has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
- Please note that we may be unable to deliver selected product due to manufacturing problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Payment in case you do not want the same in the stipulated time given by us.
- We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
